Gudsy is built from IRS nonprofit records, so IRS-registered nonprofits should already have a profile. Try searching by EIN or legal name. If your organization is newly registered, it may take time to appear after IRS records update.
Your website is for people who already know where to find you. Gudsy helps people discover your organization when they are searching by cause, location, need, or way to help. It adds a community discovery layer around your existing presence — with giving, volunteering, updates, follows, and a supporter dashboard built in.
After the trial, Gudsy is $15/month per admin seat, plus a flat $1 Gudsy fee per donation or mutual volunteer match. Annual subscription plans receive 25% off the monthly seat rate and are charged upfront. If you cancel an annual plan, cancellation takes effect at the closest monthly billing cycle; your subscription is reconciled at the monthly rate and any excess prepaid amount is refunded.
Gudsy keeps the subscription intentionally low so small organizations can access the same discovery, giving, volunteering, updates, and dashboard tools as larger nonprofits. Because organizations use the platform at different levels, relying only on subscriptions would require a much higher base price for everyone. The flat $1 success fee ties part of the cost to successful platform use — completed donations and mutual volunteer matches — so Gudsy can remain sustainable without charging a percentage of every gift.
Yes. Organizations with predictable giving or volunteer activity can prepay success fees with an annual commitment and receive a 25% discount from on-demand pricing. Unused credits roll over until they are used, which can help with seasonal highs and lows. If you cancel, your usage is reconciled at on-demand pricing and any excess prepaid amount is refunded.
